Pet Policy

We Love All Our Residents, No Matter the Number of Legs

The Maggie knows that furry friends are just as much part of the family as anyone and that's why we are happy to be a pet-friendly property. A leash-free pet park and pet spa are among the amenities to make your four-legged loved ones as comfortable as you.

Pet fee is $400.00 for the 1st pet, $150.00 for the 2nd pet.  Monthly pet rent is $30.00.  Annual Pet Management Fee is $30.00. 2 Pet Limit.  NO weight restrictions.

Pets will be subject to visual inspections. Resident(s) agree to comply with all community policies and will be required to sign a separate Animal Addendum. No aggressive breeds will be accepted.
